Terms and Conditions:

1. The Startup agrees that the permission granted by ARAI-AMTIF to use premises and infrastructure shall not be construed to confer on Startups any legal rights or tenancy or any interest of whatsoever nature in the said premises and infrastructure. Further, the startups shall enjoy the use of the said premises and infrastructure only as an Startup hereunder subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
2. ARAI-AMTIF provides a common pool of hard and soft infrastructure to be shared by all Startups. Certain resources can be provided on charge basis by ARAI-AMTIF on request of the Startups and subject to the rules and regulations in this regard as applicable from time to time.
3. Further, ARAI-AMTIF has the right to inspect and examine the premises allotted to the Startup at any point of time during the agreed duration at the ARAI-AMTIF premises.
4. If the Startup leaves ARAI-AMTIF on completion of the agreed duration or due to any other reason, all the furniture, space and any other facilities provided shall be surrendered to ARAI-AMTIF in good condition.
5. In case of any wear and tear of the facilities provided, all costs incurred for such restoration of furniture, space, etc. to good condition shall be borne by the Startup and in case ARAI-AMTIF has to incur any further expenditure to restore the furniture, space, etc., then the same shall be recovered from the Startup and/or its Directors, Partners or Promoters.
