Project Management Services are offered to support the Startups & Innovators to achieve project goals and objectives within the desired scope, time, and budget. They are designed to help optimize the allocation of resources and integrate the inputs that will drive the completion of the project’s objectives with desirable outcomes. Offerings include the development of a project plan as a critical support intiative, as this planner document is used to define and confirm the broader goals and specific objectives of the project. The project management services also support to identify key tasks, strategic planning, goals setting, milestone tracking, project mapping etc. that are vital to drive the project to success.

Financial Management Services are offered to support the Startups & Innovators to achieve financial goals, objectives and projections. The services offered include fund management, seed fund support assistance, startup policy mapping and application, strategic financial planning, goal and attribute setting towards a sustainable developement of the startup / company. Additionally startup and innovators can avail support on financial risk management, investment portfolio management, business model planning and development to effectively build a holistic business proposition.

Our industry accelerator program is offered as support initiative that provides mentorship guidance, technical support and funding assistance alongwith Government schemes and private partnerships. Our Accelerator programs also connect you to subject matter and industry experts to help you achieve product-market fit and further help to develop a Go-To-Market strategy plan. The startups / innovators are provided with all possible support interventions to propel their growth across the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) and realise their full potential.

Startup Experience Zones are exclusive spaces designed and provided on campus to support the outreach of the startups and innovators across the industry, investor and innovation ecosystem. This unique offering enables the startups and innovators to showcase their ‘conceptualisation to commericalisation’ journey in a real time scenario. The designated workspaces are an ideal interface to engage with stakeholders and build business opportunities. The Startup Experience Zones are exclusive spaces provided to startups and innovators subject to availability and business propositions.

Infrastructure based support and services are provided to the startup and innovators to Build, Operate and Transfer their initial and pilot scale projects to larger avenues.
The services include access to Research Labs and Equipements, Co-working spaces, Startup Experience Zones, Meeting Rooms, Conference Halls, and other spatial requirements towards supporting the needs of the startup and innovators in suitable work environment. The offerings can be availed by the startups and innovators on a case-to-case basis and prior booking-reservation based arrangements.

As part of our Local-to-Global initiative based offerings, we will support the startup and innovator’s business opportunies to build an outreach starting from a local to a global market place. The startups and innovators will receive expert advice and guidance on branding and marketing of technical, cultural, linguistic and other services to enable your product/service adapt to the target market country or countries.
