Shall be required to fill and submit an ‘Incubation-Application Form’ available on the online portal or a downloadable print version comprising of all relevant information.
The selection process shall be performed in the 3 Phases:
Submission of Incubation Application Form
Applicant(s) shall submit an ‘Incubation-Application Form’ as available on the online portal or a downloadable print version by providing basic information along with a questionnaire that shall gauge their awareness and capabilities on the elements including the Innovation Quotient of the product or service, the core team composition, the proposed business model, and the target market.The ARAI AMTIF team shall screen the applications based on eligibility and scope of work to shortlist Startup / Company / Innovator / Entrepreneur’s for the Screening and Pitch Session.
Screening and Pitch Presentation
The Shortlisted Startup / Company / Innovator / Entrepreneur’s shall be invited to join in a Screening and Pitch Presentation Session to further provide a deeper insight into their unique and innovative idea, vision on achieving Product-Market Fit (PMF) and building a sustainable business model.The panelists shall endeavor to understand and evaluate the different elements of the Startup / Company / Innovator / Entrepreneur’s plan towards possible onboarding into incubation program and further supporting their growth & success.
Screening and Pitch Presentation
The Shortlisted Startup / Company / Innovator / Entrepreneur’s shall be invited to join in a Screening and Pitch Presentation Session to further provide a deeper insight into their unique and innovative idea, vision on achieving Product-Market Fit (PMF) and building a sustainable business model.The panelists shall endeavor to understand and evaluate the different elements of the Startup / Company / Innovator / Entrepreneur’s plan towards possible onboarding into incubation program and further supporting their growth & success.
Selection and Incubation Agreement
Based on the outcome of the Screening and Pitch presentations the ARAI AMTIF Panel will finalize the list of the Startup / Company / Innovator / Entrepreneur’s to whom access to the Incubation Program shall be offered. The decision of the ARAI AMTIF Panel shall be considered binding and final in nature. ARAI AMTIF reserves the right to admission into the Incubation Program.The selected Startup / Company / Innovator / Entrepreneur’s shall be invited to fulfill the documentation and procedures towards onboarding into the Incubation Program. The Incubation program and support activities shall commence after successful execution of the Incubation Agreement.
